Item Description
An angled, well-placed, 6.3 cm, trigonal, terminated schorl crystal dominates this sculptural 360-degree small cabinet schorl combination from recent finds in the Shigar Valley. Sections of seven lustrous, well-striated, jet-black schorls, to 3.2 cm, are attractively set on the mounded matrix of porcelaneous, white, blocky microcline crystals covered with creamy lepidolite microcrystals. The large schorl has two contacts, where other crystals once lay, with no damage, per se. A showy and highly representative schorl combination from the famous locale.
