Schorl and Smoky Quartz on Microcline and Albite

This showy and excellent combination specimen from a recent find in the Andes Mountains of Argentina features about the highest concentration both lustrous, jet-black schorl crystals and glassy, smoky quartz crystals on feldspar matrix, that we have offered at auction. The large schorl is 2.0 cm and the piece has nice, scuptural, undulating form. Uncommon, highly represestative material from this find.
