Item Description
An absolutely stunning combination specimen from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. A 3.2 cm schorl crystal looks like a smokestack projecting upward out of the jauntily angled, glassy, transparent to translucent, doubly terminated quartz crystal! The schorl has highly lustrous, well-striated, prism faces with a moderately lustrous, matte-finish, pyramidal termination. You can see, that the schorl is at least 5.0 cm long, looking into the quartz crystal. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, the updip, sharp chisel, quartz termination is pristine, with the lower termination having only trival bruising. This is a fabulous two-sided specimen with lots of visual appeal! Valued at $1000-1500. It is actually not that easy to get a truly elegant schorl specimen
