Schorl and Albite (ex Obodda)

Large schorl and albite combination speicmens are uncommon from Pech, but here is a dramatic and aesthetic specimen. A highly lustrous, well-striated, 7.2 cm (the crystal pokes out of the bottom of the piece), of which 4.0 cm is visible, schorl crystal is strikingly enveloped in mounded knobs of pearlescent, bladed albite crystals. This is an imposing and pristine, 360-degree specimen, seldom available in this size and quality from this noted locale. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
