Item Description

A lovely Schorl display specimen from an unknown locale in Minas Gerais. This specimen features sharply terminated black Schorl crystals with great luster which complements the well-striated prism faces. Some of the crystals show beautiful etching patterns in areas. The Schorls are sitting on etched slightly smoky Quartz matrix. A few crystals are contacted, but the main crystal is in fine shape. The largest Schorl measures 2.1 cm. This is a good quality Schorl, despite some rough crystals, and a nice respite from the plethora of Namibian Schorls on the market right now, don't miss out.
