Erongo Schorls are well known for their geat luster and excellent form. What makes this piece so unusual, and of such high quality, is the discrete nature of the crystals. Rather than being in dense, but lovely, clusters, the Schorls on this piece have great separation, which allows for a higher level of appreciation. The luster is superb, and the largest crystal, DT'd no less, is 2.2 cm. It stands up wonderfully from the matrix. All the smaller crystals have an equally mirror-like luster. Very aesthetic. One of the better Schorls I have seen for simple aesthetics, though it is admittedly not a big or valuable specimen per se
