Item Description

Schlossmacherite is an ultra-rare anhydrous sulfate (known from two localities, both in Chile) and ceruleite is rare hydrated Cu-Al arsenate. This less well-known gold mine is the Type Locality for both species! Crusts of pastel-green schlossmacherite and pretty turquoise-blue ceruleite richly cover both the front and back of the quartz matrix. Double your pleasure with two rarities in one specimen! Ex Josef Vajdak Collection.
