Item Description
An aesthetic, beautifully composed old-time miniature scheelite combination from the mid-2000s finds at famed Mt Xuebaoding. A 3.4 cm, sharp, pseudo-octahedral tetragonal scheelite crystal is dramatically set on the spare matrix of intergrown muscovite plates. The three small jagged terminations have the highly desirable gem reddish, golden yellow-orange hue, that highlights this very glassy, highly lustrous, translucent golden-orange crystal. The scheelite GLOWS reddish-orange, when backlit! Ghostly white fluorescence. A classic, richly colored and excellent scheelite combination from the noted locale.
