Item Description

These now classic and elusive Scheelite specimens came from a discovery in the late 1990s and feature the wonderful combination of large, fine straw-colored Scheelite crystals on beautifully contrasting green Fluorite and Quartz matrix. This piece hosts several sharp and lustrous, pseudo-octahedral tan Scheelites up to 2.5 cm in size. The presentation side is excellent, with some contacting in the back, naturally. The Scheelite has the classic and desirous blue-white fluorescence. Excellent and aesthetic specimen, and good sized! This is a fabulous example of a totally unique and rare classic, from the old days of China. Valued $3500
