Item Description

Rich honey-amber, lustrous, translucent, pseudo-octahedral scheelite crystals are aesthetically clustered and dramatically flanked by gem needle quartz crystals on the sculptural triangular matrix. The sharp and pristine octos reach 1.8 cm. Scheelite is not that common from Pakistan and this is an excellent and aesthetic combination piece from a small 2006 find. All the specimens featured in the MINDAT Pakistan Scheelite Photo Gallery are from this locale. See the MINDAT discussion at: https://www.mindat.org/loc-156949.html. Ghostly blue-white fluorescence. A very showy and fine combination small cabinet from the find and locale. Seldom on the market today.
