A 2.0 x 1.9 cm, beautiful, sharp, lustrous, burnt-orange scheelite crystal with striking, yellow-orange gemmy highlights near the termination is aestethetically set on a matrix plate of muscovite on this showy and excellent specimen from recent finds at Mt. Xuebaoding, China. These scheelites are generally considered to be the finest in the world and this is a textbook example. Older and early material from the late 1980s to mid 1990s, as the piece comes with a Ken Roberts label. Super white fluorescence.
