A dramatically sculptural and aesthetic scheelite combination from famous Mt. Xuebaoding. An impressive compound cluster of sharp, lustrous, translucent, rich honey-yellow tetragonal crystals crowns the very 3-dimensional matrix of a small scheelite, cleavelandite blades and pearlescent muscovite plates. The imposing crystal cluster is 6.8 x 6.0 cm and is pristine, except for modest periphery wear on the left side of the cluster. This very fine, well-prepared specimen displays beautifully without aid. The scheelites glow, when backlit. Bright white fluorescence. Quality like this is simply not coming out any more....the "flood" of world-class Mt Xuebaoding specimens is pretty much over. Valued at $2000-2500 and worth it for aesthetics and combination quality.
