Thumbnail Mt. Xuebaoding scheelites of this terrific quality are RARE. The textbook, slightly modified tetragonal crystal has luscious golden-amber color and is transparent to translucent. The modified edges really add pizzazz to this highy lustrous crystal. The crystal itself is complete all-around and pristine. The internal bruise on the back of the termination has absolutely no damage and has no impact to the beautiful display view. Contacting with other crystals is noted around the periphery, but has very minimal impact to the overall outstanding presentation of this beauty. Ghostly white fluorescence.
