Item Description

A RARE and showy combination from this famous Chinese mine. Sharp, tetragonal, lustrous, translucent, rich yellow scheelite crystals, to 5 mm, a patch of splendent metallic boulangerite needles and a dense coating of tiny calcite rhombs are aesthetically set on the quartz matrix shard. Such combinations are RARE from here and this is a very fine example from the Ted Bartels Collection. Ghostly white scheelite fluorescence.
