Item Description
A very hard to find Schafarzikite specimen from the type locality in Slovakia! This iron, antimony oxide species was named after Professor Ferenc Schafarzik (1854-1927) Hungarian mineralogist and engineering geologist of Budapest, Hungary. This particular piece features a few small crystallized vugs hosting reddish-brown Schafarzikite with metallic silvery-red "needles" of Kermesite. The first piece of this material that I've had to offer in the auctions, and one of the very few I've seen in my life. Enjoy!
