Scapolite

Item Description

A cool etched Scapolite crystal from Burma featuring a soft pinkish-yellow hue, with sharp faces and great internal gemminess. The piece is basically a "floater", showing no point of contact and two "stepped" terminations. If you're a Burmese mineral collector, a thumbnail collector, of if you like interesting gem crystals, be sure to pick this one up! Found in 2009 in Burma, and unfortunately we don't know the exact species, so we're just labeling it as Scapolite.
