Item Description
Labradorite is a variety of Anorthite, a member of the Feldspar Group. It is renowned for its fabulous optical iridescence or schiller effect. These two sawed and polished pieces radiate the stunning peacock-blue and golden iridescence, typical of fine labradorite specimens. The dense lines on the faces dramatically enhance the visual appeal of these beautiful pieces. Probably from the Norcross labradorite quarry. Classic and excellent Madagascar labradorite.
