Madagascar is well-known for producing a wide range of gem material, including some beautiful Sapphires. Here we have a wonderful natural pink Sapphire from an undisclosed locality in Madagascar. This fine little sparkler is very very slightly included with a "step pear" cut gem. This would make a great addition to a Sapphire suite, or a suite of gems from Madagacar. Sapphires are some of the most highly desirable gems in the world, and good stones from Madagascar are not often seen on the market today.
