Sapphire (bi-color)

Here we have a beautiful unusually colored Sapphire from one of the most productive localities for the material in North America. I can best describe the color as a soft green hue with a golden color at the center. It can looks a bit more blue or yellow depending upon the light under which its viewed. It does show different color in sunlight versus incandescent lighting and halogen lighting. This fine little sparkler is only very very slightly included with an "oval step" cut. A very attractive and unique gem for this classic U.S. Sapphire locality.
