Sapphire is one of those gems that comes in virtually every color of the rainbow. With that said, the most recognizable color of Sapphires by far is blue, but pink Sapphires are some of the most vivid and recognizable gems in the world. I've seen literally every shade of pink known to man exhibited in Sapphires, and they are still some of the most popular, durable, colorful and highly sought after gems on the planet. This stone is from Sri Lanka, like the majority of gem grade Sapphires in the world, and has a beautiful baby pink color (with a slight orange overtone). The stone has VVS calrity and a standard "Step Oval" cut.
