A showy and most unusal specimen of SAND-INCLUDED, doubly terminated calcite crystals! This complete all-around floater piece, with only slight rubbing, is from a long difunct South Dakota locality - Rattlesnake Butte. The crystals have sharp pseudo-hexagonal form and this striking piece looks just like a dirigible or blimp with the passenger gondola underneath! Old material from the Dennis Mullane Collection and very seldom on the market.
