Item Description

Sampleite is a rare hydrated Na-Ca-Cu chloro phosphate. Lustrous, rich teal-blue bladed clusters, to 7 mm, are aesthetically peppered on the large matrix on this showy and excellent example of this rarity from this open pit copper mine. This mine is very well-known for sampleite specimens.
