Item Description

A splendent, sharp, wine-red, rutile crystal from Graves Mountain. The crystal is twinned and is partially gemmy. Complete all-around and essentially pristine. Gorgeous, rainbow iridescent goethite botryoids coats part of the crystal and one side has embedded hematite plates. The termination is contacted, but has no damage, per se. Classic, older and excellent combination material from this famous locale. Collected by Logan Moore in 1982.
