Starbursts of amazingly lustrous, golden rutile blades and needles epitaxial on mirror-bright to matte-finish, black hematite crystals on this impressive and striking, larger specimen from a recent find at Novo Horizonte, Brazil. The aesthetic and beautiful starbursts radiate outward on all sides of the parallel-growth cluster of flattened hematite crystals. Some contacting is noted, but is a modest detraction to the overall stunning impact of this fine piece. Truly a 360 degree piece. Every turn presents a totally different perspective!
