Item Description

An outstanding, splendent, dramatically well-striated, 3.6 cm wide, flattened, two-sided hematite crystal from Novo Horizonte. Classic, epitaxial, iridescent, golden-metallic sprays of rutile needles are attached to both sides and the smaller hematites at the base are fine complements to this very nifty and sculptural miniature. Valued at $1000-plus for sharpness, jet black luster, and unusual three-dimensionality.
