Item Description

Striking layered sunbursts of stunning, lustrous, golden rutile needles epitaxial on cores of lustrous, metallic hematite plates form an aesthetic and sculptural small cabinet from the famous finds at Novo Horizonte. Periphery wear is noted to both the rutile needles and the hematite plates, which is common during the extraction of these pieces, but is certainly minimally detracting to the overall very showy quality of this piece. Classic old style material from the locale.
