Item Description
A really attractive and good quality specimen of the famous Rutiles from Kapudzhukh in Azerbaijan. The main crystal measures 2.7 cm at its widest dimension and has excellent tetragonal form with notably sharp, lustrous metallic faces. The crystal is smartly sitting on host rock matrix and really stands out to me as one of the better examples of this material (which I'm told only came out for a two year span in the 1990s. Priced in the inventory at $1400. These are among the finest Rutiles in the world, certainly some of the best to come out of any locality in the last 50 years.
