Gorgeous, splendent golden sprays of rutile needles saturate this sculptural floater pair of pristine glassy, water-clear quartz crystals from Novo Horizonte. The impressive long needle is 3.1 cm. Some of the faces are etched and frosted, but there is no damage to this striking small cabinet. Rutilated quartz of this richness, size and quality is relatively uncommon from any Brazilian locality and this is a good one. A very rich and excellent two-sided rutilated quartz from this well-known locale.
