Rubyjack Sphalerite w/ Chalcopyrite (classic locale)

Item Description

Sharp, twinned, rubyjack sphalerite crystals, to 4.2 cm, are sprinkled with brassy chalcopyrite sphenoids on this showy and excellent specimen from historic Tri-State District. The lustrous crystals have small areas of gemmy yellow-orange fire under bright light. The noted periphery wear is certainly only modest detraction to this old-time, highly representative combination example.
