Item Description
A huge ruby specimen with small crystals in contrasting white marble matrix : Classic pigeon-blood-red, lustrous, translucent, ruby crystals are attractively scattered on the front and back of the impressive large, lustrous sugary marble matrix from Jegdalek. The rubys have different forms on this showy piece, adding character. The doubly terminated tapered crystal on the front is 2.5 cm long and the compound crystal on the back is 2.2 cm across. This is a classic, uncommonly large combination specimen from the locale. Cherry-red fluorescence. 5.1 pounds or 2.3 kilos mass. Valued $2500
