Item Description
The Rubies from Jagdalek are among some of the most well known and superbly crystallized Ruby specimens around. This specimen features a remarkably sharp, very well formed, semi-lustrous, "pigeon-blood" color prismatic crystal with good gemminessy on a marble matrix. The Ruby measures 1.1 cm long. The crystal is not at all opaque as the majority of these specimens tend to be. A very fine Ruby specimen from a locality that is not producing nearly as many good pieces as it did 10-15 years ago.
