Item Description

Classic, pigeons blood-red, ruby crystals are artfully scattered on three sides of the schist matrix on this rich and showy specimen from India. The hexagonal crystals are sharp, lustrous and moderately translucent. The well-placed large crystal is 3.0 cm long and is doubly terminated. Three other crystals are terminated and a couple of broken sections are noted. Showy, excellent and highly representative material with several fine display views. Blood-red fluorescence.
