The best Rubies from Pakistan are among some of the most well known, classic and superbly crystallized matrix Ruby specimens around. This specimen features a remarkably sharp, very well formed, semi lustrous, gemmy to translucent, fiery pinkish-red color crystal with great form on a mixed marble/Mica matrix. The 1.0 cm crystal is not at all opaque as the majority of these specimens tend to be, and as you can see from the photos, the color just glows when the crystal is backlit. A beautiful display specimen that could probably be trimmed down to a knockout thumbnail. Valued at $1600 in the inventory for quality, color and sharpness.
