Item Description

Ruby from Burma is one of the most storied gems in the world. Some of the finest Rubies in the world are found in southeast Asia. The various gem tracts around Luc Yen have produced some impressive Corundum crystals. Every once in a while, I like to add crystals of common gems to the auctions, and this is a good example of said material. It is a sharp, translucent, pinkish, hexagonal crystal and would make a great match for a small Ruby gem for a lovely rough and cut set.
