Ruby and Pyrite on Marble (excellent)

Item Description

A 2.1 x 1.7 cm, compound cluster of sharp, lustrous, beautiful pigeons blood-red ruby crystals is aesthetically set on the marble matrix. Smaller rubies to 1.0 cm and brassy pyrite crystals are a fine accent. The smaller crystals are gemmy and the large cluster is partially gemmy. An upper edge of the cluster is bruised, but is only a modest detraction. A classic and excellent ruby small cabinet from Jegdalek. The supply of these dried up a few years ago. Valued at $600-750.
