A very pretty and rare rubellite tourmaline from this obscure Madagascar pegmatite. The gemmy and lustrous, sculptural, parallel-growth, bi-colored crystals have vibrant pink basal sections with striking rich cranberry-red terminations. The small crystals attached at the base a super accents. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only trivial termination edge wear and a small side contact, where another crystal once, but with no damage, per se.
