Item Description
Tourmaline gems are some of the most popular colored stones on the market, and are beloved by dealers and collectors for their intense colors in various shades. Brazil has produced top quality Tourmalines for many years, including some of the finest gem grade Rubellites. This stone is a "Pear Cabochon" cut gem with a rich purplish-red hue. The stone is not gem quality, it's only translucent when backlit. A good reference gem of this well-known material.
