Item Description
This is extremely aesthetic bouquet of Rose Quartz that truly looks like a flower. The pink color is exceptionally rich for this variety, and the gemminess and luster are equally good. The crystals range up to 8 mm, and the piece is nearly complete all around, with just a small area of contact in the back. For these specimens, that is remarkable and so we rank this as an exceptional miniature, far above the contemporary material we sometimes see in spurts. It is a competitive level miniature. Rose Quartz from the mines in Galileia are among the most noted in the world, and were first discovered in the 1970's, and this is a very fine miniature from these discoveries. Rose Quartz remains uncommon, and quality, aesthetic specimens such as this are hard to find, and highly cherished by collectors. Valued $2000-2500
