When it comes to fine specimens of crystallized Rose Quartz, most people think of the fine specimens from Brazil. This piece is from a new find (2021) from the Parun Pegmatite Field in Afghanistan, and features a style unlike anything we've seen from the area. This small cabinet specimen features sparkling, drusy, gemmy, beautiful pink color Rose Quartz crystals which are associated with nearly colorless Quartz crystals on the exterior edges. You almost never see Rose Quartz specimens from Afghanistan, and this new and very limited find presents a great opportunity to pick up something unusual and beautiful for your collection.
