Some of the best crystallized examples of Rose Quartz are those from the Pitorra Claim in Brazil. This full sized thumbnail features several very sharp, well-formed, highly lustrous, GEM quality, beautiful pink colored hexagonal prisms of Rose Quartz measuring up to 1.0 cm long sitting massive / uncrystallized Rose Quartz matrix. The main Rose Quartz crystals are in good shape, but the edges around the piece are contacted where it was removed from the pocket wall. A good overall specimen of this well-known material from Brazil.
