Item Description
A spectacular rose quartz and quartz specimen from recent finds in Brazil. Rose quartz is actually quite rare in nature, occuring in good specimens of display quality from a very few localities. A 4.0 cm, water-clear quartz prism is stunningly wreathed by intensely colored pink quartz crystals. A thin, bi-colored tourmaline is embedded in the face of quartz monolith as a super accent. Many rose quartzs are pale, by comparison. There are more tourmalines scattered about on the rose quartz and milky quartz matrix. Complete all-around and nearly pristine. The back of the termination of the quartz prism is bruised, but is out of sight. Specimens of this oustanding aesthetic combination quality have always been highly desired. Valued at $900 at least? WE JUST LOVED the combination here, and the "flow" of the minerals with each other. its a unique piece that is just mesmerizing in person
