Item Description

From one of the most classic Colorado localities, we have a great secondary ore association specimen. This piece features several sphercial, bluish Rosasite aggregates associated with minor Cerussite and blue-green Smithsonite with minor Quartz on matrix. I know its not what you typically expect from a Colorado specimen, but this material is exceptionally rare from this mine. It is possible that this may be Zincrosasite, but it has not been analyzed to confirm its identity. This specimen is about 30 years old. I have photographed the specimen under the microscope to better illustrate the quality.
