Rosasite ps. Malachite ps. Azurite, with Cerussite

This colorful, geometric miniature from Tsumeb features several bundles of Rosasite crystals attended by a couple of Cerussite crystals for accent. There are two prominent bundles of what were divergent Azurite crystals that were subsequently replaced by Malachite, and later by the Rosasite that preserves the original crystal form perfectly! Each divergent bundle measures 4.1 and 3.8 cm, respectively; and each one is actually composed of sprays of crystals at a finer level, providing a lot of surface texture. The color of the Rosasite is just a beautiful and bright turquoise-blue with a little bit of green speckled at some of the ends from tiny Malachite crystals that grew atop. The pseudomorph cluster is fine, and on its own a competition level miniature of this rare double-replacement BUT WAIT there's more...On the larger Rosasite group there is an aesthetically placed, glassy, transparent to translucent V-twin (!!) of Cerussite, measuring 1.8 cm tall. A single, 1.1 cm Cerussite crystal is intergrown with the slightly smaller Rosasite crystal, as a bonus. This is a classic, attractive and well-balanced Rosasite pseudomorph from Tsumeb!
