Item Description
This gorgeous display-quality miniature features an undulating surface of exceptionally bright Rosasite that densely covers a "valley" between two Azurite crystals for great composition and contrast. Rosasite is relatively rare for Tsumeb! The Rosasite surface flat on the Azurite crystal faces and is slightly botryoidal in the "valley". The two Azurite crystals are quite lustrous and measure 2.5 and 2 cm with good terminations although the larger one has a chip at the tip. The Rosasite crust is unblemished; however, it looks as though it has been removed in places on the Azurite crystals to reveal them better. An attractive Tsumeb miniature
