Rosasite & Malachite on Cerussite

A showy and excellent two-sided combination from Tsumeb. A classic, glassy, 1.7 cm, compound, cyclically-twinned cerussite crystal dominates the 3-dimensional matrix, that is covered with smaller cerussites. Really adding pizzazz and color to the piece is the rich scattering of green malachite botryoids and blue-green botryoids, which we believe are a mix of rosasite and malachite. The noted bruise along the edge of the large twin is certainly only a modest detraction. The former dealer priced this fine combination at $450.
