Item Description
A great Rosasite display specimen from this well-known Pb-Zn-Ag-Cu-Au-Mo-Mn mine by Gleeson, Arizona. The piece hosts dozens of light blue-green spherical aggregates of Rosasite measuring up to 5 mm across sitting beautifully on matrix. A wonderful piece compositionally, and truly eye-catching for the color. There are Rosasite "balls" on both sides of the piece. You don't see a lot of specimens from the Silver Bill Mine on the market these days, and considering the mine date back to the 1890s, and closed in the late 1970s, these are beloved antiques on the marekt. The best part of this piece is the fact that it's in incredible condition, with very little damage. Showy and colorful! Valued at $1600.
