Item Description

Rosasite is a less common, but highly desirable zinc, copper carbonate from the famous Mina Ojuela. Gorgeous, teal-blue rosasite botryoids in clusters or as striking individuals are aesthetically strewn on the very sculptural, sturdy, laminated, gossan matrix on this showy and excellent specimen. The rich peppering of tiny, green conichalites by the isolated rosasites is a super accent. A colorful and showy example of the combination species from the recent find at this noted locale (found December, 2009).
