Ring, Rhodolite in 14k Gold and Sterling Silver (made by Brett Kosnar)

Rhodolite Garnets are some of the most vivid and beautiful gems in the Garnet family. These stones are beloved for their great color and large size stones. The Rhodolites from Tanzania has some of the most rich colors I've seen for Rhodolite from any world locality. This ring features a Rhodolite stone which was cut by Brett Kosnar in May of 2009. It has a rich red color and is only very very slightly included. The cut on this stone is a "Modified Round Brilliant" cut. The stone is set into a 14k Gold head on top of a Sterling Silver band. This ring is is very attractive, and was custom made by Brett Kosnar in May of 2009. A beautiful ring one of a kind ring that would make a great gift for a lady with an upcoming birthday (or even a January birthday as Garnet is the birthstone for January) or possibly an anniversary present as I know many of you have anniversaries during the summer.
