Item Description
A wonderful Quartz specimen from this interesting and distinctive REE locality in Pakistan. This small cabinet sized piece features a few sharp, very lustrous, well-formed, colorless, hexagonal gemmy Quartz crystals which are included with eye-catching thin prismatic crystals of the amphibole species Riebeckite. It is one of the few pieces of this material I have seen from Zagi Mt. I believe that there might be some tiny Rutile "threads" in there as well. Good condition overall, but there is a separation mark on the side of the main Quartz crystal where it was likely attached to another Quartz crystal at some point. A very attractive "inclusion" specimen for anybody interested in this kind of material.
