Item Description

A VERY FINE, SUPER RICH and SHOWY specimen of bright, micro-dendritic copper in a sawed, transparent CABINET gypsum cleavage from the Mission Mine of Arizona. Old and very choice material, shaped just like a boot! Such thick windowpane slices with such rich forests of copper inside are almost never available! A piece half this size sold in 2008 at auction for $400 or so. This one is the best I have had for sale since then. In person, looking at the internal meshwork, you can see how mesmerizing this is and why it is such a classic. Ex Dennis Mullane Collection (Arizona specialist). Valued at $1000-1250.
